В настоящей статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы борьбы с коррупцией в системе государственной службы с позиции определения эффективности правовых средств. Авторы обращают внимание на систему административно-правовых средств противодействия коррупции, которые закреплены в Федеральном законе от 25.12.2008 N 273-ФЗ «О противодействии коррупции», а также в законодательстве о государственной службе.

This article discusses the current problems of the fight against corruption in the public service system from the standpoint of determining the effectiveness of legal means. The author draws attention to the system of administrative legal means of combating corruption, which are enshrined in the Federal Law of 25.12.2008 N 273-ФЗ «On Combating Corruption», as well as in the legislation on public service. This allows us to talk about the dialectical unity of administrative and legal means of combating corruption in the public service system. The author concludes that the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures largely depends on the quality of normative consolidation of relevant legal means.
